Voss electronic GmbH announces the addition of a new product line. Effective immediately EXA Co., Ltd. of Japan is marketing its line of Solar Wafer Cleaning and Wafer Separation equipment through Voss electronic GmbH in Europe.

The Pre-cleaning System provides efficient slurry removal and glue stripping capability in a high throughput batch type operation. The Solar Wafer Separator uses patented (pending) micro bubble technology for a fail-safe and gentle separation with a minimal breakage rate. Our Final Cleaning System features either a batch type or single wafer processing capability. The cleaning efficiency is optimized via the use of surfactants and ultrasonic particle removal.

Voss electronic GmbH announces the addition of a new product line. Effective immediately Amaya Co. Ltd. of Japan is marketing its line of AP-CVD (Atmospheric Pressure Chemical vapour Deposition) equipment through Voss electronic GmbH.

Continuous AP-CVD systems are traditionally used for semiconductor and solar power cell processes. AMAYA Co., Ltd provides AP-CVD System for SiH4 and TEOS Based NSG, PSG, BPSG film deposition at atmospheric pressure.

Doctor T system is unique MOCVD system with its patented high temp vaporizer system to vaporizes types of materials at higher temperature. The high temp vaporizer was co-developed by Yamagata University and WACOM R&D CORPORATION by challenging controlling very complicated vapor flow with sensitive liquid flow with sensitive temperature control. This system enables various type of existing and new thin film deposition that does not even exist in the market.
