HICV ® Series

HICV Flow Rate Control Circuit System

Features:

• Sections that contact the fluid are made of PTFE or PFA

• Metal parts or O-Rings are free from contact with fluid

• Stable outlet pressure which is not affected by inlet pressure fluctuations

• HICV valve is the control valve which can adjust the pressure of the output by set of the air pressure

• A 50% decrease in size over previous models conserves space.
• The flow passage construction has been simplified
• Sizes range from 1/4" 1" and a full-featured manifold model is also available.
